Rosalie is the author of, Run Your Business Like a Fortune 100: 7 Principles for Boosting PROFITS, (John Wiley & Sons, June, 2009), a twice a week columnist for Biofuels Digest, and CEO of PROFITS Principles.
For the past 15 years Rosalie has led management teams in numerous roles including Global Head of Learning and Development at Bloomberg Financial Markets and Media, Vice President of Learning, Organizational Development and Communication at Venator Group (Footlocker) and at Citibank. She has consulted with NASDAQ, New York Times, Countrywide Financial, FDIC, Combustion Engineering, Clairol, Altria, Federal Reserve Bank, Morgan Stanley, WPP and General Electric.
Rosalie is a licensed psychologist and holds a Ph.D. from New York University in Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management as well as an MBA in International Business from West Chester University.
